ROZOR dba Robotech Labs Inc. (“ROZOR”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Services.

• Performance/Analytics: Collect anonymous usage data (e.g., Google Analytics).

PART II: AI & ROBOTICS DATA USAGE DISCLOSURE

This section explains how ROZOR uses data in connection with our AI, autonomous systems, and robotics platforms.

1. Types of Data Used by Systems

• Operational Data: Robot status, diagnostics, error logs, telemetry.
• Environmental Data: Spatial mapping, obstacle detection, non-identifying visual/depth data for navigation.
• User Data: Configuration parameters and task commands.

2. Sensitive Data & Training

• Personal/Health Data: Systems are not intended to process PHI or biometric data unless technically unavoidable or explicitly authorized via contract.
• Model Training: Customer-specific data is not used to train AI models by default unless explicitly agreed or fully anonymized. We may use aggregated operational metrics to improve system reliability.

3. AI Behavior & Limitations

ROZOR systems operate on probabilistic algorithms. They may make errors and require human supervision. We do not guarantee full autonomy. Customers are responsible for proper deployment, supervision, and compliance with safety regulations.

PART III: SECURITY CENTER

ROZOR is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.

1. Security by Design & Governance

We incorporate security into system architecture, software development, and operations. We maintain policies covering access control, incident response, and vendor risk management.

2. Technical Controls

• Access: Role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and MFA.
• Data Protection: Encryption in transit and at rest; secure key management.
• Network: Firewalls, segmentation, and continuous monitoring.
• Robotics: Secure communication between robots/cloud, device authentication, and fail-safe behaviors.

3. Incident Response & Disclosure

We maintain procedures to detect, contain, and remediate security incidents. We welcome responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities to security@rozor.ai.
