• Performance/Analytics: Collect anonymous usage data (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Marketing: Deliver relevant ads (only with consent).
• Control: You can manage cookies via browser settings.

We use data to operate and improve services, respond to inquiries, provide updates, comply with legal obligations, and ensure security. We do not sell personal information.

For EEA users, we process data based on consent, contract performance, legal obligations, or legitimate interests. We share data only with trusted service providers, business partners for operations, or to comply with legal requests.

Data may be processed in countries outside your jurisdiction (including the US) with appropriate safeguards. We retain data only as long as necessary for operational or legal requirements.

• Operational Data: Robot status, diagnostics, error logs, telemetry.
• Environmental Data: Spatial mapping, obstacle detection, non-identifying visual/depth data for navigation.
• User Data: Configuration parameters and task commands.

• Personal/Health Data: "Systems are not intended to process PHI or biometric data unless technically unavoidable or explicitly authorized via contract."
• Model Training: "Customer-specific data is not used to train AI models by default unless explicitly agreed or fully anonymized." We may use aggregated operational metrics to improve system reliability.

ROZOR systems operate on probabilistic algorithms. They may make errors and require human supervision. We do not guarantee full autonomy. Customers are responsible for proper deployment, supervision, and compliance with safety regulations.

We incorporate security into system architecture, software development, and operations. We maintain policies covering access control, incident response, and vendor risk management.

• Access: Role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and MFA.
• Data Protection: Encryption in transit and at rest; secure key management.
• Network: Firewalls, segmentation, and continuous monitoring.
• Robotics: Secure communication between robots/cloud, device authentication, and fail-safe behaviors.

We maintain procedures to detect, contain, and remediate security incidents. We welcome responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities to security@rozor.ai.
