We may collect information you voluntarily provide (Name, Company, Email, Phone, Inquiries).

1.2 Automatically Collected

We collect IP address, browser type, device info, operating system, and interaction data.

1.3 Cookies & Tracking

We use a small set of cookies: strictly necessary ones for security and core site functions, and, only with your consent, analytics. Section 2 details exactly what runs, when it runs, and how to change your choice at any time.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how this website is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, approximate geographic region, and the type of device and browser used. Reports are aggregated, and we use them only to improve our content and services.

2.1 Consent Comes First

No analytics or marketing cookies are set until you allow them in the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2). If you decline, none are placed: only anonymous, cookieless signals reach Google for aggregate modeling, with no persistent identifiers of you or your device. Your choice itself is stored in first-party cookies so we do not ask again on every visit, alongside the strictly necessary ones that keep the site secure and working.

2.2 Changing Your Mind

You can review or withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. It reopens the banner with your current choices.

2.3 Cookie Declaration

The declaration below is generated by our consent platform and lists the cookies this site can set, grouped by the service that sets them and what each one does. We review it whenever the site changes. Some entries appear under "Marketing" because they belong to embedded third-party content, the Google map on our contact page and the anti-spam check on our forms, and those load only after you allow them. We run no advertising campaigns, set no advertising or tracking cookies of our own, and sell nothing about you to anyone.

We use data to operate and improve services, respond to inquiries, provide updates, comply with legal obligations, and ensure security. We do not sell personal information.

For EEA users, we process data based on consent, contract performance, legal obligations, or legitimate interests. We share data only with trusted service providers, business partners for operations, or to comply with legal requests.

Data may be processed in countries outside your jurisdiction (including the US) with appropriate safeguards. We retain data only as long as necessary for operational or legal requirements.

• Operational Data: Robot status, diagnostics, error logs, telemetry.
• Environmental Data: Spatial mapping, obstacle detection, non-identifying visual/depth data for navigation.
• User Data: Configuration parameters and task commands.

• Personal/Health Data: "Systems are not intended to process PHI or biometric data unless technically unavoidable or explicitly authorized via contract."
• Model Training: "Customer-specific data is not used to train AI models by default unless explicitly agreed or fully anonymized." We may use aggregated operational metrics to improve system reliability.

ROZOR systems operate on probabilistic algorithms. They may make errors and require human supervision. We do not guarantee full autonomy. Customers are responsible for proper deployment, supervision, and compliance with safety regulations.

We incorporate security into system architecture, software development, and operations. We maintain policies covering access control, incident response, and vendor risk management.

• Access: Role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and MFA.
• Data Protection: Encryption in transit and at rest; secure key management.
• Network: Firewalls, segmentation, and continuous monitoring.
• Robotics: Secure communication between robots/cloud, device authentication, and fail-safe behaviors.
