Business Development / Partnerships Lead

You will grow ROZOR's commercial footprint and establish high-impact partnerships across healthcare, logistics, and facility services, owning the full deal cycle from prospecting to deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnerships with hospitals, malls, airports, and logistics providers.
  • Execute the full business development cycle: prospecting through closing deals.
  • Conduct needs assessments and propose customized robot solutions.
  • Lead product demonstrations and pilot programs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on customer feedback integration.
  • Prepare proposals and partnership agreements.
  • Build relationships with service providers and distributors.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Support customer deployment planning.
  • Represent ROZOR at industry conferences and events.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales.
  • Experience selling technology, robotics, or automation products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Technical understanding and ability to translate robot capabilities into value.
  • Proven deal-closing or partnership-building track record.
  • Presentation skills for in-person and virtual settings.
  • Comfort engaging with executives and technical stakeholders.
